Preorders / Backorders

Occasionally, we allow orders for out-of-stock items with estimated ship dates provided. Actual ship dates may vary due to factors such as supplier delays or unforeseen logistical issues. We strive to update estimated dates promptly via email or on our website.

Processing Time

Most orders for in-stock items are processed within 3 business days. Processing time begins once payment is confirmed and does not include weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided on individual product detail pages. Delivery times are subject to change due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Customs Duties

This section is applicable only if your order was shipped internationally. 

All customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer, including monitoring the customs process. We do not handle customs document preparation or resolve customs-related issues on the customer’s behalf. Refunds will not be issued for incorrectly declared imports held by local customs, but we are available to assist with general inquiries.

Damages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with filing a claim with the logistics provider. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods while the claim is in progress.
