Outside of CONUS orders, our electric skateboards ship from China. Because these products contain large lithium-ion batteries which require special transportation procedures, shipping timelines are different from typical consumer products.
Shipping delays can occur due to customs inspections, port congestion, or seasonal slowdowns.

Air Shipping
Air shipping is sometimes faster but subject to battery regulations. Shipments may wait weeks before departure due to limited flight capacity for battery cargo. Once airborne, transit typically takes 1–3 days. Customs clearance adds additional time.

Tracking Information
Tracking numbers typically activate once the shipment reaches your destination country and is handed to a local carrier (such as UPS or FedEx).
Before that stage, the shipment is usually in international transit.
