Our electric skateboards ship from China and contain large lithium-ion batteries which require special transportation procedures. Because of this, shipping timelines are different from typical consumer products.

Shipping Methods

Air Shipping

Air shipping is faster overall but subject to battery regulations.

• Shipments may wait 2–4 weeks before departure due to limited flight capacity for battery cargo.
• Once airborne, transit typically takes 1–3 days.
• Customs clearance may add additional time.

Typical total delivery time (air):

• East Asia: ~2–4 weeks
• Korea, Taiwan, Australia: ~3–5 weeks
• Europe & Canada: ~4–6 weeks

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping (sea/ground) is more economical but slower.

Typical total delivery time (standard):

• Europe & Canada: ~6–8 weeks
• Australia: ~4–6 weeks
• Korea & Taiwan: ~4 weeks
• Most of East Asia: ~2–4 weeks

Delays can occur due to customs inspections, port congestion, or seasonal slowdowns.

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers typically activate once the shipment reaches your destination country and is handed to a local carrier (such as UPS or FedEx).

Before that stage, the shipment is usually in international transit.

If your order is within the estimated delivery window above, it is considered on schedule.

• Your order exceeds the expected window by more than 7 days
• Tracking shows a carrier exception
• Your package is marked delivered but not received
