Where Returns Are Accepted
- Continental U.S. and Mainland China: We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
- All other countries: Orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Customers outside the continental United States and Mainland China acknowledge that Parsec does not currently operate return or service facilities in their region, and that repairs, replacements, or refunds may not be available.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase complies with any local import or consumer regulations.
Eligibility
Continental U.S. and Mainland China only:
- Returns are accepted for unopened, factory-sealed products when you request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must include all original packaging, inserts, accessories, and factory protection films.
- Returns with missing components, opened packaging, or signs of use will be refused or subject to deductions.
Consumables
Some Parsec products contain parts that are considered consumables—items designed to wear out, degrade, or be replaced through normal use. Consumables may be returned only if unopened and unused within the same 14-day return window for continental U.S. and Mainland China customers. Once opened, installed, or used, consumables are non-returnable.
Consumables include, but are not limited to, griptape, wheels, bearings and bearing spacers, belts, pulleys, tensioners, bushings, washers, gaskets and seals, foam pads, vibration dampers, risers, screws, nuts, bolts and other fasteners, stickers and decals, protective films, lubricants, and others.
How to Request a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number, delivery address, and reason for return.
Our team will verify eligibility (continental U.S. or Mainland China delivery addresses only) and provide an RMA number plus return instructions. Shipments sent without an RMA may be refused.
Return Shipping & Deadlines
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and risk of loss until received and signed for at our facility.
- Use a trackable, insured carrier and ship the product within 10 calendar days of RMA approval.
- Returns received without proper documentation or outside the deadline may be delayed or rejected.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact [email protected] within 72 hours with clear photos or video of the product and packaging.
- Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
- We will repair, replace, or supply missing parts at our discretion under our warranty.
Refunds & Deductions
If your return passes inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The following may be deducted where permitted by law:
- Original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes paid on your behalf
- Payment-processor fees
- Replacement cost of missing or used components
- Return-label cost, if we provided one
If a return is rejected, you may have it shipped back at your expense; otherwise it may be recycled or disposed of after 7 days.
Bundles and Promotions
- Bundles or combos must be returned complete. Partial returns may be refused or prorated at our discretion.
- Free gifts or promotional items must be returned unused; otherwise their value may be deducted from the refund.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
Packages returned as undeliverable, refused, or uncollected may be refunded less two-way shipping, duties/taxes, and applicable fees, at our discretion.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges after an item has shipped. If your order has not yet shipped, you may contact [email protected] to request an exchange or order change.
Proof of Purchase
A valid RideParsec.com order number is required for any return, replacement, or warranty request.
Outside U.S. and China
Orders shipped outside the continental United States and Mainland China are final sale. Due to logistical, customs, and regional service limitations, Parsec is not able to process returns, exchanges, or repairs for products delivered outside these regions. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase complies with any local import or consumer regulations.
