Parsec Skateboards is committed to providing quality products and offers a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Warranty begins on the delivery date.

Aero Pro

12-Month Warranty:

• ESC (Electronic Speed Controller)
• Battery Pack
• Motors
• Deck
• Charger
• Remote

Lifetime Warranty:

• Aerolith Truck Hangers and Baseplates
• E.P.I.C. Drivetrain Motor Mounts

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following.

• Consumable parts including belts, wheels, bearings, bushings, and other parts subject to normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
• Water damage, including but not limited to exposure to rain, puddles, or other moisture-related conditions.
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or other aesthetic imperfections that do not affect performance.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, contact us at [email protected] with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos. Upon approval, we will repair or replace the defective part at our discretion. Customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims. 

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Parsec Skateboards’ liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective components and does not cover incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the product.
