Parsec is committed to building quality products and offers a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. The warranty terms below apply to purchases made directly on RideParsec.com. Warranty coverage begins on the delivery date shown by the carrier.
Service Regions
- Continental United States and Mainland China: Full warranty service including troubleshooting, parts, and—when required—repair at Parsec’s discretion.
- All other regions are supported online only (see “International Support” below).
Customers outside the continental United States and Mainland China acknowledge that Parsec does not currently operate return or repair facilities in their region.
International Support
For customers located outside the continental United States and Mainland China, Parsec’s warranty support is provided online only.
- Parsec may, at its discretion, provide remote diagnostic assistance and ship replacement parts for self-installation.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with international or non-continental deliveries.
- The customer is responsible for performing the repair themselves or arranging for a qualified local technician.
- Parsec may assist in identifying service options where possible, but cannot guarantee local repair availability or labor coverage.
- No physical repair, inspection, or return service is available outside the continental U.S. or Mainland China.
Coverage & Periods
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal, intended consumer use within the coverage period(s) listed below.
Aero Pro
12-Month Limited Warranty (manufacturing defects only):
- ESC (Electronic Speed Controller)
- Battery Pack
- Motors
- Deck (structure only; finish excluded)
- Charger
- Remote
Lifetime Limited Warranty (original owner; manufacturing defects only):
- Aerolith Truck Hangers and Baseplates
- E.P.I.C. Drivetrain Motor Mounts
“Lifetime” means for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. It covers structural failure due to manufacturing defects. It does not cover impacts, bending from crashes or curbs, stripped threads from overtightening, anodizing or finish wear, corrosion, or cosmetic damage.
Remedies
If a defect is confirmed within the applicable warranty period, Parsec will, at its discretion:
- Repair the defective component, or
- Replace it with a new or refurbished component of equal or better performance, or
- Offer a reasonable pro-rated refund if repair or replacement is not commercially feasible.
Repaired or replaced parts are covered for the longer of:
- the remainder of the original warranty period, or
- 90 days from the date of repair or replacement.
These remedies are the sole and exclusive remedies available under this warranty.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover, including but not limited to:
- Consumables and wear items: belts, wheels, wheel sleeves, bearings, spacers, bushings, pivot cups, washers, gaskets, seals, O-rings, foam pads, vibration dampers, risers, screws/nuts/bolts and other fasteners, stickers/decals, protective films, lubricants/cleaners, and other maintenance consumables.
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or abnormal use: impacts, crashes, curb strikes, stunts, racing, overloading, towing, or riding beyond published specifications.
- Improper maintenance or setup: incorrect belt tension, loose fasteners, failure to perform periodic checks, or ignoring warnings/indicators.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs: third-party or user repairs/rewiring, non-Parsec firmware or ESC tuning, aftermarket parts affecting the failure, or damage caused by non-Parsec parts.
- Water/moisture ingress: exposure to rain, puddles, wet surfaces, high-pressure washing, or corrosive environments (saltwater, salt air, sand).
- Electrical damage: use of non-approved chargers, incorrect voltage, reverse polarity, or short circuits.
- Battery aging: normal capacity loss, voltage sag under load, or diminished range due to temperature, rider weight, terrain, or riding style.
- Cosmetic issues and noises: scratches, scuffs, chips, discoloration, finish wear, minor creaks/vibrations typical of assembled boards, or normal alignment tolerances.
- Shipping damage reported late: damage not reported to Parsec within 72 hours of delivery, including photos/video and retained packaging.
- Serial number issues: removed, defaced, or unidentifiable serial numbers.
- Lost or stolen items, or damage occurring in transit to Parsec (the customer is responsible until signed for at our facility).
- Commercial or rental use, unless explicitly approved by Parsec in writing.
Customer Responsibilities
- Use, maintain, and store the product according to Parsec’s instructions.
- Stop using the product if a safety-related issue appears and contact support.
- Perform reasonable maintenance checks (fasteners, belt tension, wheel/bearing inspection).
- Use only Parsec-approved chargers and parts.
- Keep original packaging during the first 14 days in case a shipping or DOA issue arises.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- Order number (proof of purchase)
- Description of the issue and when it occurs or occurred
- Clear photos or video showing the problem
Process:
Parsec will review your claim and may request additional details or troubleshooting steps. If approved, Parsec will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide instructions for where to send the product — either to Parsec directly or to an authorized service provider. Shipments sent without an RMA or to an unauthorized address may be refused.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping the product to the designated location unless a prepaid label is explicitly provided by Parsec. If a prepaid label is provided and the claim is denied or no defect is found, the label cost may be deducted from future claims or reimbursements.
Limitations & Transfer
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parsec is not liable for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of use, time, rental or travel expenses, or loss of enjoyment.
- No reseller, partner, or technician is authorized to modify this warranty.
Out-of-Warranty Service
Where feasible, Parsec may offer paid repairs or parts within the continental U.S. and Mainland China only, subject to parts availability and service capacity.
