Each year during Chinese New Year, many factories, logistics providers, and support teams across Asia pause or scale back operations, affecting businesses worldwide. For Parsec, from February 9 to 28, the following changes will be in effect:
- Our support team will remain active but with limited capacity. Responses to inquiries—especially regarding order status and shipping timelines—may take longer than usual.
- New U.S. Aero Pro orders will continue to ship, though order processing may take a few extra days.
- All non-U.S. Aero Pro orders, as well as all parts and accessories orders, will resume shipping in March.
