Aerolith: Space-Grade Longboard Trucks

Aero Pro’s specialized RKP trucks—the Aerolith—are made for the agility and feel of a traditional longboard, with features designed for enhanced stability. Nothing gimmicky—just stuff like precision machining, tighter tolerances, and thoughtful application of longboard physics.

For instance, the distance between the kingpin and the pivot cup is enlarged compared to conventional RKP trucks to lower the chance of speed wobbles. And a large pivot pin is used to reduce slop and prevent breakage.

For greater turning and carving response than most e-boards, these trucks use the standard 10-inch width found on most longboard trucks. This “narrower” width also allows for kick-pushing and foot-braking without the foot hitting a wheel—a common issue on e-boards due to their wider trucks.

The tall barrel bushings and symmetrical 45-degree baseplates provide the deepest lean you can get out of RKP trucks, essential for crowded city environments. Standard barrels are compatible as well by stacking flat washers as shims on the board side.

Machined from a single block of billet 7075-T6511 aluminum, the Aerolith offer precise handling and are nearly impossible to break. In a static deformation test, the truck hanger withstood 12,000 newtons before visibly bending. Compared to conventional cast aluminum trucks, the Aerolith are approximately 2–3 times stronger and 30% lighter.
