Aero Pro: Built to Last

Safety and reliability were priorities throughout the development of the Aero Pro. While no product can eliminate all risks, the board was designed to minimize potential hazards and deliver consistent performance over time.

Electronics

Aero Pro’s battery is made up of Molicel P45B cells, chosen not only for their performance and longevity but also their superior thermal stability and low internal resistance compared to conventional cells. These cells generate minimal heat during high-power demands, improving both performance and safety by reducing the risk of thermal runaway.

The P45B maintains stable operation across a wide temperature range, providing dependable performance in varying weather conditions.

The electronic speed controller and motors have been proven reliable through years of use by other electric skateboard brands, and we have tested them ourselves over thousands of kilometers.

Deck

In our tests, Aero Pro’s deck made of T800 carbon fiber is 70% stronger and 40% lighter than a similar-sized deck using T700 fiber. To our knowledge, Parsec is the only electric skateboard brand today using T800 fiber for its decks.

The deck has been subjected to drop tests, controlled lab stress tests, and thousands of kilometers of riding. In its static deformation test, the deck withstood 1,746 pounds (792.6 kg) of force across its center before breaking.

Trucks & Motor Mount

Aero Pro’s trucks and motor mount assembly are milled from 7075-T6511 aluminum, and the truck axles are made from S136H steel. These materials make the trucks 2–3 times stronger and 30% lighter than standard cast aluminum trucks.

In its static deformation test, the truck hanger showed no visible deformation until subjected to 2,645 pounds (1,200 kg) of force and was able to handle even more without breaking.

The trucks feature snug bushing seats, a large pivot pin, and a refined hanger geometry, which reduce unwanted movement and provide predictable steering.
