Some Batch 5 Aero Pro orders have already shipped using remaining Batch 4 units held in reserve. This update applies only to customers whose Batch 5 orders have not yet shipped.
Production of Batch 5 Aero Pro units is running behind schedule. The delay is due to extra time needed to finalize the updated truck and motor-mount components with our new machined-parts supplier. We expect this to be a one-time issue during the transition.
Aero Pro’s machined components—like the Aerolith Trucks and E.P.I.C. Drivetrain—are built to a standard that is significantly higher than what most boards in the market aim for. This high bar is also why we take extra care when bringing a new supplier online.
Our new estimate for the start of Batch 5 shipping is the first half of December. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
