As stated in our previous update, shipment of Batch 4 was postponed to investigate two isolated reports of charger malfunctions. We had planned to resume shipping today, but during final testing a charger failed, so we have decided to delay shipment further. While this is an extremely rare occurrence, we want to resolve any potential safety risk before shipping.
How widespread is the reported issue?
To date, only two customers have reported chargers with indicators blinking abnormally at full charge.
Although there have been no customer reports of chargers overheating or burning out, we remind customers to avoid charging any electronics near flammable materials such as carpets, curtains, or bedding.
If your Aero Pro charger shows unusual behavior, stop using it and contact us immediately.
