Aero Pro Shipping Update

Batch 2A and 2B

We learned just yesterday from our logistics partner that only a small portion of Batch 2A orders were actually shipped. More on that below.

The small portion that did ship was for a subset of U.S. customers only. These orders are currently en route and expected to arrive at the Port of Long Beach in about a week.

Batch 2B has not yet shipped due to a production delay for one component which we expect to be ready this week. We plan to ship the remaining Batch 2A orders together with Batch 2B next week.

Batch 3

Batch 3 is still on track to ship in early June.

Batch 2A Shipping Q&A

Which batch is my order in?

Please check the date you placed your Aero Pro order.

  • Ordered before February 14: Batch 2A
  • Ordered from February 14 to March 24: Batch 2B
  • Ordered after March 24: Batch 3

Due to time zone differences, some orders placed on February 13–14 or March 24–25 may fall into either of two batches. If your order was placed on one of those dates, contact us with your order number to check which batch you’re in.

Why did only a small portion of Batch 2A ship?

In response to the recent spike in U.S.–China tariffs, we made a decision to send a small test batch to the U.S. to assess the tariff impact before committing to shipping the rest of the U.S. Batch 2A orders. This was before the temporary tariff reduction was announced.

Unfortunately, that decision wasn’t communicated clearly across our team. As a result, many customers were incorrectly told their orders were already en route when they weren’t.

To make matters worse, none of the international Batch 2A orders were shipped—only a subset of U.S. orders. This was due to a misunderstanding of instructions from our logistics partner.

Which orders were included in that partial shipment?

If your order was part of the small batch that shipped, you’ll receive an email from us shortly. If you don’t hear from us by tomorrow (May 22), your order hasn’t shipped yet.

When will the rest of Batch 2A ship?

We’re planning to ship the remaining Batch 2A orders next week together with Batch 2B. We will post another update then.

For sea shipping, transit time is typically around 30 days, with faster delivery expected for countries in Asia. Air shipments may take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks. Once shipments arrive, they’ll go through local customs before final delivery.

This sucks! How will you make me feel better?

We understand that many of you have waited for months, and it’s incredibly frustrating to now be told you’ll need to wait even longer—especially after receiving inaccurate updates from us! We’re truly sorry for this.

As a gesture of apology, we’ll be sending a free set of the 90mm Classic Wheels to all affected Batch 2A customers. These are planned to be released in July and will ship separately from your order. They are in addition to the 80mm wheels that come standard with the Aero Pro.

How will you prevent this from happening again?

Of the various challenges we’ve encountered since launching Parsec about half a year ago, logistics has given us the most grief. Like most companies, we have limited control once goods leave our hands, which makes it even more important to find the right logistics partner. We mentioned months ago that we were searching for a more reliable one, and that search is still ongoing.

But we’re not just blaming the logistics. We also recognize that our internal communication and coordination need serious improvement.

In addition, we’re ramping up production so we can hold inventory in the U.S. before the temporary tariff reduction ends. We’re also in discussions to establish distribution in Europe. In the not-too-distant future, we expect shipping to be much faster for customers in most of our major markets.

Again we’re sorry we’ve let some of you down and we’re working to do better. Thank you for your continued patience! If you have any question regarding your order, feel free to contact us.
