Batch 1
Batch 1 Aero Pro models shipped via sea are still en route to their destinations.
At least two air-shipped Aero Pros have been delivered while several others are still awaiting flights. (FAQ: What causes air shipping delays?)
We understand how frustrating it can be to pay extra for faster shipping only to encounter delays. While we can’t speed up orders in fulfillment, we’re looking into ways to address the inconvenience.
Current Delivery Estimates
- Continental US (sea): March 25 to April 10
- Everywhere else by sea: March 25 to April 10
- Everywhere else by air: March 10 to 25
Note: As previously communicated to customers, Batch 1 Aero Pro X models in the “Carbon Black” color scheme will be shipped with Batch 2. Due to a shortage of decks, these are estimated to ship in early April.
Batch 2
Batch 2 Aero Pro orders are still estimated to begin shipping in the latter half of March.
Due to a delay in deck production, “Panda Black” color scheme Aero Pros will ship first, “Carbon Black” Aero Pros will follow, and newer orders are expected to ship near the end of April.
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are 1-3 weeks for air shipping, and 3-5 weeks for sea.

Fast Chargers
The first batch of Aero Series Fast Chargers is with our logistics partner. Shipment is expected to begin in the coming days. Once shipped, they are expected to arrive within 1-2 weeks.
We have a limited number of units available for new orders. Once they are sold out, the next batch is expected to begin shipping in mid- to late-April.
Tracking Numbers
For sea shipping, tracking numbers will be provided once orders arrive at their destination ports and are processed for distribution.
For air shipments, we aim to provide tracking numbers soon after orders are in transit.
Please note that tracking numbers haven’t always been provided to us in a timely manner, and tracking details are sometimes outdated. In some cases, your order may arrive before we receive the tracking number.
